The following sample bagpipe clips are some examples of my playing ability. Some sample bagpipe clips are played with the Great Highland Pipes and some sample bagpipe clips are played with the Fireside Bagpipes. The Highland pipes are what most people here in the States will be familiar with. When you see bagpipe bands marching in parades, these are typically the kind of pipes you will see and hear. They are much louder than the Fireside pipes and are normally used in larger settings, i.e. outdoors, larger churches, etc. The Fireside Pipes were designed to be played indoors in smaller, more intimate settings. They are not nearly as loud as the Great Highland Bagpipes and they have a different tone to them. I’d be happy to discuss what tunes or which type of bagpipe would be appropriate for your particular setting.

“I highly recommend Robert [Rufus] Campbell for his bagpipe performance services. He played at our son’s wedding . . . a year ago May. His price was reasonable, he was knowledgeable of a large repertoire, and he was very professional. The music was great and everyone loved it. I would use him again if I ever need another piper and I would also recommend him to others!”
